Refund policy

Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 working days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our drops, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items
Limited edition / exclusive drops

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects or damaged items
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.

Return Process

To initiate a request, please contact us at support@tattered.in with:

Order ID
Clear images of the product (including issue, if any)

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Pickup can be arranged upon request for Return/Exchange. A flat ₹150 will be deducted as reverse pickup charges.
Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the product passes a quality inspection.

Timeline: 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (in certain cases)

A courier pickup person will review the product at the doorstep for intact labels and tags and will accept the return only if it meets the required conditions. Final refunds are subject to a quality check at our warehouse.
